These terms govern your use of healwithinmagazine.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. This is publishing, not medicine

4. Licence to use the site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the site and to read, print and share individual pages for your own non-commercial use. Everything else stays with us.

5. What you may not do

• Republish substantial parts of our content, or use it to train or fine-tune a machine-learning model, without written permission.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest the site at a rate that burdens it, or circumvent any rate limiting or security control.
• Present our content as your own, or strip attribution.
• Use the site to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation.
• Use the site or its content in a way that suggests we endorse a product, service, treatment or claim when we have not said so.

6. Intellectual property

All text, artwork, illustrations, layout, code and the Heal Within Magazine name and mark are owned by Heal Within Media or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Every image on this site is original artwork created for it. Quoting us with a visible credit and a link is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not. 7. Advertising, affiliate links and sponsored content

This publication earns money. Some links are affiliate links, and some pages are commercial. All of it is disclosed — see the Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure. Commercial relationships do not buy editorial coverage, and any page whose primary purpose is to sell is labelled as such at the top of the page.

8. Third-party sites and products

We link out. We do not control those destinations, we do not warrant them, and we are not responsible for their content, their products, their prices, their delivery, their refunds or their privacy practices. A transaction you enter into with a third party is between you and them.

9. Content you send us

If you send us feedback, a correction, a question or any other submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to improve the publication, including publishing a correction. Do not send us confidential information or anyone's health records.

10. Accuracy and availability

We work hard to be accurate and to date every page, and health evidence still changes. Content may become out of date between reviews. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK, EU or EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under local law.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
